FAQ – Show Time Baby

1. How can I list a show on Show Time Baby?

To list a show, click the “LIST SHOW” button on the homepage. You’ll need to provide basic details like your Full Name and Email, along with optional fields for Director, Written by, Choreography by, Starring, and Production Company. You’ll also be asked to enter the show’s duration, select a Category, and specify the Region (Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, or Blue Mountains). You can add a description, upload a photo, and include a booking link.

After filling in the form, you can either pay a $5 listing fee or use a promo code to list for free. Once the payment or promo code is accepted, you will be directed to a success page, and we’ll notify you via email when your listing is approved.

2. What categories can I choose when listing a show?

You can select multiple categories for your show from the following options:

3. Can I edit my show listing after submission?

Yes! You can edit your show listing after submission. A code will be sent to your email address. You will need to use this code to make any edits. Note that all edits must be re-approved before they are updated on the site.

4. How do I know if my show listing is approved?

Once you submit your listing, it will be reviewed by the Show Time Baby admin. You’ll receive an email notification when your listing is approved or denied. If your listing is denied, the listing fee will be refunded.

5. How can I search for shows?

To search for shows, click the “SEARCH SHOWS” button on the homepage. You can search by Name, Date, or Tags. After searching, you’ll see a list of all shows that match your search criteria.

6. How much does it cost to list a show?

It costs $5 to list a show, but you can use a promo code to list for free if you have one.

7. What happens if my show’s date has passed?

If the current date is past the last show date listed, the show will automatically be removed from the listings.

8. What if my listing is denied?

If your listing is denied, you will receive an email notification, and the $5 fee will be refunded.

9. Can I upload a photo with my show listing?

Yes, you can upload a photo when listing your show. This will be displayed alongside your show details.

10. How does the approval process work?

All show listings go through an approval process managed by the admin. After you submit your show, the admin will either approve or deny it, and you will receive an email notification once a decision is made.

11. Who can list or search for shows?

Anyone can list a show on Show Time Baby, and anyone can search for shows.

12. How do promo codes work?

Promo codes allow you to list a show for free. Simply enter a valid promo code when listing your show to waive the $5 fee. Admins can also create and delete new promo codes.

13. How do I contact Show Time Baby?

There is a Contact section on the website that allows you to send an email directly to the admin for any inquiries or support.
